Alex Little is the Managing Partner of Watersound Advisors, where he advises accounting firm owners on mergers & acquisitions, succession planning, and strategic transition opportunities.
Alex has experience as an M&A advisor with The NewBridge Group, where he worked closely with small business owners throughout the transaction process, including valuation, buyer engagement, negotiation, and closing. He also has experience as a private equity investor with Vineyard Capital Partners, where he evaluated acquisition opportunities and investment strategies across a range of industries.
This combination of advisory and investment experience provides Alex with a unique perspective on both sides of a transaction. Having worked closely with business owners as well as buyers, he understands the priorities, motivations, and complexities that shape successful long-term outcomes.
Alex holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Georgia. Outside of work, Alex enjoys competitive tennis, kiteboarding, and spending time with family and friends in Miami, Florida.

Martin Steinik serves as a Senior Advisor to Watersound Advisors, bringing more than two decades of experience across investment management, capital markets, and institutional portfolio strategy.
Throughout his career, Martin has held senior investment and portfolio management roles across both Wall Street and London, including serving as Lead Portfolio Manager within Invesco’s $10 billion Global Core Equity Group. He also founded a 5-star Morningstar-rated fund at Brown Capital Management and has extensive experience evaluating businesses, investment opportunities, and long-term growth strategies across a wide range of industries.
In addition to his investment career, Martin previously served as an Executive in Residence at the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, where he worked closely with students and emerging business leaders. Most recently, he led capital markets efforts at Three Bulls Capital.
Martin holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA charterholder. At Watersound Advisors, he provides strategic insight and advisory support informed by decades of experience across investing, business evaluation, and transaction analysis.

Michael Walsh supports Watersound Advisors through business development, market outreach, and relationship management with accounting firm owners. He brings a background in operations, logistics, sales, and customer service, with experience managing detailed processes, coordinating across stakeholders, and building strong customer relationships.
Michael helps identify and engage firm owners who may be evaluating succession, partnership, or long-term transition opportunities. His organized, process-oriented approach supports Watersound’s commitment to thoughtful outreach, careful follow-up, and a confidential experience for owners.
Michael’s experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments has shaped his ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and manage details with consistency and care.
